Covid-19 update For 2020 exam dates please contact your local exam centre. The reason why this test doesn’t need to follow a set schedule like the CPA exam is because it’s based on a computer based testing (CBT) format. Note that not all test centers are open on all test dates. Passing the FE exam allows you to be listed on the TBPE’s database of EITs, which is searchable by any company who might be looking for an entry level engineer.
